Are
you and your staff up-to-date on the latest selling and serving regulations?
Illinois
liquor laws are constantly changing. Owners, managers, and servers must
check local ordinances for server training requirements. It is the responsibility
of all Illinois license holders to be aware of state liquor laws, rules
and regulations, and local ordinances. The goals of the BASSET program
are to:
- Train and educate sellers and servers to engage in responsible alcohol service
- Spot signs of intoxication and utilize various intervention techniques
- Prevent DUIs and alcohol-related fatalities
- Stop underage sales and underage drinking
- Create safer communities and establishments where alcohol is served
- Educate owners, managers and staff on dram shop insurance, state laws, and
local ordinances regarding alcohol service.
Certified On-Site Training -
Cost-effective way to train your staff or group. BASSET seminars can be set up
any day of the week and are conducted at your business location. Cost is $30/person.
